stylish stay with a minor hiccup
modern design convenient location efficient staff
I liked the room design, it felt modern and well kept. the location proved very convenient. Stratford station was a short walk. also, the staff at reception were efficient during check-in. i especially appreciated their speed in providing assistance.
The in-room coffee machine wasn't the best. It didn't brew a strong cup. this impacted my morning routine slightly. i hope they consider upgrading the coffee setup.

The hotel gym features three treadmills, two elliptical trainers, and a selection of free weights. It's accessible 24/7 with a room key. a water dispenser and clean towels are available to hotel guests! it was very helpful

underwhelming stay
slow bar staff poor service
the location was great since it was easy to get around using local transit.
the room was not properly cleaned one day so i had to ask for fresh towels. the bar staff were slow when i wanted to order drinks. i noticed that local people at the bar seemed to get much better service than guests staying at the hotel. this.

convenient location helpful staff clean visit room size
The location near Stratford Station proved beneficial. Access to the Westfield shopping centre made the commute fast. The helpful staff contributed greatly to a clean visit. The room size met all my needs.

attentive staff spacious room excellent location
The staff were attentive. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated. The location is excellent, providing easy access to transportation and a large shopping center. I found it very convenient. I was happy with the overall experience.
Some light switches didn't work and that was a little bit disappointing!

stale cake ruined surprise
The location was convenient and the staff were helpful. The room had a waterfall shower.
The room was not ready at check-in time and it took an additional 30 minutes. When I entered the room I found a small plate of stale cake pieces. The receptionist revealed the surprise ruining it completely.

stadium events convenient transport sleek style good vibes
the location WORKS WELL for stadium events. nearby transport links and the Westfield shopping centre are convenient. the room had a SLEEK style. i also enjoyed the good vibes in the bar area upon arrival.
i noticed some dusty light fittings above the eating area it looked terrible

the staff at reception IS FRIENDLY and helpful. they are ready to assist with requests. the breakfast service was also well-managed which meant all my needs were looked after. i felt welcomed.
